WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide (unless otherwise is stated on the product page).

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched;

- Almost all our items are custom, and some are even handmade on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in);

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 1 - 6 weeks
delivery time (depending on the item and shipping address, this includes the processing time).

For all Standard Shipping + Insurance, customers should expect to receive their
item(s) 5-15 business days.

For all Priority Expedited Shipping orders, customers should expect to receive their
item(s) in 3 - 5 business days.

We will reship a new item free of charge if the customer did not receive the first item within 45 days of ordering.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

Free shipping is for select items only. FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our main office and fulfillment center is located in the US, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, China, and the United Kingdom. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It's not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain "blank" for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.

How are expedited shipping handled?

These items are shipped within 2-3 days excluding weekends. They are sent tracked and expedited quickly to arrive in the time frame stated in the order checkout.
